Activate Buyer Access Code

For buyers who already paid you directly. Enter their name and use their cellphone number as the access code. After activation, they can open the catalog without using New member.

Review each uploaded image and transaction reference before approval. BASE credits ₱250 membership; EXTRA credits only ₱100 for the second manufacturer. PRODUCT payments can cover Ronghui, Kerun, Other supplier, Pay Both or Pay All. Pay All verifies all displayed allocations together. The first upgrade payment also includes a separately recorded ₱100 admin fee for the 2nd manufacturer. Verify the complete transaction before approval.

Product edits affect new quotes only. Saved orders keep their original product names, strengths, quantities and prices. Hide a product by clearing Active.

Payment recipients and QR codes

Save the recipient, upload the QR, then scan it in your own payment app and confirm the details. Changes require verification again. Customer payments also require the deployment hold to be released.
